The Canados Gladiator 493 project was my first fully AI-produced cinematic short film, created from concept to final delivery. I developed the story, led the creative direction, designed the production workflow, and oversaw every stage of the process to ensure consistency across characters, environments, and products. The project challenged traditional production methods while exploring how emerging AI technologies can support high-end visual storytelling without compromising quality, continuity, or creative vision.

Creative Concept & Storyboarding

The creative vision for the Canados Gladiator 493 film began with a simple objective: showcase the yacht through an engaging cinematic story rather than a traditional product demonstration. I developed the entire narrative, wrote the storyline, and created the storyboard from the ground up, carefully planning each scene to balance suspense, emotion, and product storytelling. Every sequence was designed to naturally highlight the yacht while maintaining a compelling narrative that would keep viewers engaged from beginning to end. This foundation became the blueprint for the entire production, ensuring that every creative decision served both the story and the brand.

Character Development

Creating believable, consistent characters required far more than prompt engineering. I researched visual references, directed and photographed live reference models, and developed detailed character sheets that established facial features, wardrobe, personality, and continuity throughout the film. These references became the foundation for every generated scene, allowing me to maintain visual consistency across dozens of shots while preserving realistic expressions, body language, and cinematic authenticity. The process mirrored traditional character development, adapted to an AI-powered production workflow.

Product Development

Because the Canados Gladiator 493 yacht and the custom Harley-Davidson Box 39 motorcycle are central characters within the story, achieving visual accuracy was one of the project's greatest challenges. Rather than relying solely on existing reference imagery, I conducted on-site photo shoots of both the yacht and motorcycle, capturing multiple angles, details, proportions, and materials to build comprehensive visual references. These assets, combined with extensive research and iterative refinement, enabled me to recreate both products with a high level of consistency throughout the film while preserving the distinctive design language and craftsmanship that define the Canados brand.
